1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jilivat website located at https://jilivat.net, including all products, services, features, and content made available through the jilivat platform (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by jilivat for users based in Bangladesh.

By registering a jilivat account, completing the jilivat login process, or otherwise accessing the Service in any capacity, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any supplemental policies referenced herein;
• You meet all eligibility requirements as set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, entity, or organisation unless explicitly authorised to do so in writing by jilivat.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the jilivat Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jilivat. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplemental policy, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

jilivat reserves the right to refuse access to the Service to any individual at its sole discretion, with or without reason, and with or without prior notice.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to use the jilivat Service, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity);
• You are accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are permitted under applicable law;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which jilivat has specifically restricted access to its services;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by jilivat or any other gaming operator;
• You have not previously had a jilivat account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms;
• You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of jilivat or any of its associated partner companies.

jilivat reserves the right to request identity documentation from any registered player at any time for the purpose of verifying age, identity, or the source of deposited funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time period may result in account suspension or permanent closure, with any balance held pending verification outcome.

Players who are found to have provided false information during registration — including misrepresenting their age — will have their accounts permanently closed. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned through the original deposit method where legally required and technically possible, after deduction of any promotional credits received.

3. Account Registration and jilivat Login

To access the full range of jilivat services, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals, you must first register a jilivat account. Registration is free of charge.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must ensure that all information provided at registration remains accurate and up to date throughout the life of your account. If any of your details change, you must update them promptly via your account settings.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one jilivat account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. jilivat employs automated and manual monitoring to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jilivat reserves the right to close all associated accounts immediately and forfeit any balance or bonus funds held within them.

3.3 Account Security and jilivat Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jilivat login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. jilivat strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available via SMS OTP or authenticator app through the security settings of your jilivat account dashboard.

jilivat will never contact you by email, phone, or any other channel to request your password. If you receive any communication purporting to be from jilivat that asks for your login credentials, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.

In the event that you believe your jilivat login credentials have been compromised, you must notify jilivat immediately and change your password without delay. jilivat accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain appropriate security measures.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

jilivat may require identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to at the point of first withdrawal, when a withdrawal exceeds a specified threshold, or when our compliance systems flag unusual activity. Acceptable verification documents include a valid National ID card (NID), passport, or driver's licence, together with proof of address and, where required, proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

jilivat supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All transactions on the jilivat platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals on jilivat: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and vary by payment method. These limits are displayed within the jilivat cashier at the time of initiating a transaction. jilivat reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon publication in the cashier interface.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your jilivat account within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing time of the relevant financial institution. jilivat does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are outside of jilivat's control.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the jilivat finance team during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Mobile banking withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay accounts are typically completed within the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. jilivat reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit funds into the same jilivat account, or to a verified account holder method on file. jilivat does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any attempt to withdraw to an account not belonging to the registered jilivat account holder will be declined and may trigger a security review.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jilivat offers a range of promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and the ICC T20 World Cup.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the jilivat welcome bonus, which offers a 100% first deposit match up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited automatically to the player's account upon completion of the qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by jilivat are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted;
• Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms;
• Bonus funds carry an expiry period, after which any unused bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited;
• Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any one time, unless jilivat explicitly states otherwise;
• jilivat reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Players who are found to be exploiting bonuses, using automated systems, or engaging in strategies specifically designed to extract value from bonus terms without genuine play intent will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed;
• Bonus offers are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other consideration.

5.3 Promotional Eligibility

jilivat reserves the right to restrict promotional eligibility on the basis of player history, account status, geographic location, or other factors at its sole discretion. jilivat's decision in all matters relating to bonus eligibility and award is final.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the jilivat platform operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology supplied by internationally recognised software providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Evolution Gaming. Game outcomes are independently verified and are not manipulated by jilivat in any way.

6.1 Applicable Rules

Each game on the jilivat platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, the server-side game log maintained by jilivat and its software providers shall be considered the definitive record.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on jilivat — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), table tennis, and other available sports — are governed by jilivat's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately within the sports betting section of the platform. Key principles include:

• Bets accepted prior to a match being officially abandoned or postponed may be settled according to results at the time of abandonment, depending on the specific market rules;
• jilivat reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds, whether due to a technical error or manual input error;
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. jilivat accepts no liability for delays in live data that may affect in-play pricing or market availability;
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per player account. These limits are detailed within the sports betting rules section.

6.3 Malfunctions and Technical Errors

In the event of a malfunction, technical error, or system failure affecting a game or betting market, jilivat reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to players. jilivat is not liable for any losses, inconvenience, or disruption caused by such events. A malfunction voids all pays and plays in accordance with industry-standard fair gaming principles.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilivat platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent account closure with forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using the jilivat platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally prohibited;
• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, crawler, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, including for the purposes of placing bets, exploiting bonuses, or extracting data;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain — any such exploitation must be reported to [email protected] immediately;
• Using the jilivat platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially criminal purpose;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jilivat staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions, including self-exclusion measures, by registering new accounts or providing false information;
• Sharing your jilivat login credentials with any third party for commercial purposes (e.g., operating the account as a service for others).

jilivat monitors all account activity continuously and employs both automated and manual systems to detect and investigate prohibited conduct. Players who are the subject of an investigation may have their accounts temporarily suspended and withdrawals withheld pending the outcome of the review.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by jilivat

jilivat reserves the right to suspend or temporarily restrict any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms; pending identity or source-of-funds verification; suspected fraudulent activity; or compliance with a legal obligation or regulatory request. During a suspension period, the player will not be able to access the jilivat login portal, place bets, play games, or initiate withdrawals.

8.2 Permanent Closure by jilivat

Following investigation, jilivat may permanently close a player account where a serious breach of these Terms has been established. In cases of fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or deliberate system exploitation, any balance within the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in full. jilivat will notify the player of the closure decision and the reason, to the extent permitted by law and internal compliance policy.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their jilivat account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to a verified payment method on the account. Account closure requests are processed within five business days.

8.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gaming for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period rather than a permanent account closure. Self-exclusion options, including cooling-off periods of 24 hours to 30 days and longer-term exclusions, are available via the responsible gaming section of the jilivat account dashboard. All self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the nominated exclusion period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilivat's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the Service — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that player into their jilivat account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilivat shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Loss of business or business opportunity;
• Loss arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages beyond jilivat's reasonable control;
• Loss arising from delays in live data feeds affecting in-play betting markets;
• Loss arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment processors;
• Loss arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms or applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jilivat's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

The jilivat platform and all content within it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jilivat takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and accuracy, jilivat makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Service, the accuracy of odds or pricing, or the fitness of the Service for any particular purpose.

10. Amendments to These Terms

jilivat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilivat will take reasonable steps to notify registered players, which may include displaying a prominent notice on the jilivat homepage or sending an email notification to the address associated with your account.

Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the jilivat platform unless a later effective date is explicitly stated. Your continued use of the jilivat platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact [email protected] to arrange account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version. The date of the most recent update is always displayed at the top of this page.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jilivat is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly, promptly, and transparently.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the jilivat Service, you should first contact the jilivat support team at [email protected], providing a clear description of the issue, your account details, and any relevant supporting evidence. jilivat's support team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within five business days of receiving all necessary information.

jilivat's decision following a complaint review is final in matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, and bonus eligibility, where those decisions are based on verified server-side records and published game or promotion rules.
